I made a cake for another 21st birthday over the weekend 
He’s a really good friend of mine, and was more than happy to be asked to bake his 21st birthday cake! Had the celebration at a place called Food for Thought. It’s a really really nice place, i think i should share it with all of you!

Today, Donna called out to me. Yes, Donna Hay. I was sitting at my table in my room today after school doing some work. I was getting quite tired and when i looked up in front of me, i saw Donna. Donna Modern Classics Book 2 to be exact. Hahahaha!
All my baking books are on my study table by the way. And all my boring marketing and accounting books are on my shelf behind me 
Ah.. Quite a distraction when i try to study! Heh. But anyway, flipped through the book and decided to bake something quick. Then i saw Melting Moments. Perfect! Especially when my little cousin is a big fan of them.
I was bumming around at home after school yesterday. I had this bad urge to bake but nothing came to mind. So i spent about 10 minutes flipping through my baking books. I picked out one of my book which i haven’t really studied yet, The Cake Book by Trish Boyle. I wanted something simple and quick. Then i saw ‘Hot Milk Sponge Cake.’ Mmmm. Doesn’t that title just make you salivate?
