Probably half the people who bake out there have baked these before. It’s so simple to make and oh-so-yummy. Had a craving last night for muffins/cupcakes but decided to sleep it off. I woke up this morning still thinking about it! So i just had to do something about it – bake!
Recipe from Baking Bites, Adapted from Donna Hay’s
10 tbsp(140 grams) butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups (200 grams) sifted all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Nutella, approx. 1/3 cup (but i say go crazy with the nutella!)
Just cream butter and the sugar, add in eggs and everything else until uniform. Fill cupcake/muffin liners until 3/4 full. Plop some nutella on top and use a toothpick to swirl it in! Bake at 160C for 20 mins.
This was originally a peanut butter cupcake recipe, but substitued with nutella. Works well both ways i think!
I asked my boyfriend to be my model because he has pretty hands and was wearing a nice red shirt! Haha.
