Greased muffinpan!

Nigella Lawson’s Molten Babycakes
50g unsalted butter
350g dark chocolate
150g caster sugar
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g plain flour
I halved the recipe and yielded 6 molten cakes.

First, grease your pan well! I cut out baking paper and placed it at the bottom because i was not confident it wont stick! Hahaha!

Hi, was wondering if you do pre-heat your oven before baking of your items? If so, at what temperature do you pre-heat at?
