Nigella Lawson’s Molten Babycakes
50g unsalted butter
350g dark chocolate
150g caster sugar
4 eggsPinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g plain flour
First, grease your pan well! I cut out baking paper and placed it at the bottom because i was not confident it wont stick! Hahaha!

Hello sexy red Kitchenaid
So cream the butter and sugar together. Then add the eggs and flour in.

Yummy melted chocolate!
Melt the dark chocolate. I used 70%.

Glossy and smooth batter
Slowly pour in the chocolate and mix until you get a really yummy-looking batter!

Pouring the batter into the muffin pan
Pour the batter into your well greased pan.

Not one bit gone to waste!
